Graduate Technical Sales (Job Ref: BV_GTS-0626)
Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales? We have an exciting opportunity as a Graduate Technical Sales Executive, within our ventilation team at Brookvent (Dunmurry) where you will receive hands-on experience, structured training, and clear progression pathways.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin and advance their career in an award-winning manufacturing company with over 40 years of expertise in residential ventilation system. Working in a business development capacity, you will be responsible for promoting and growing sales of both our well-established passive ventilation product range, including our high-performance Glazed-In Window Vent systems, and our new louvre product range. These products are sold across the island of Ireland, providing excellent exposure to a broad customer base and market opportunities.
The successful candidate will receive structured training and ongoing mentoring and support to develop core skills in:
- Identifying and engaging new business prospects
- Building strong client relationships
- Closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Understanding our product range

Essential Requirements
- Degree in an Engineering or Business, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, (excel, word & outlook)
- A natural communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, target driven, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and an eagerness to learn
- Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness
- Full clean valid driving licence and the ability to travel throughout the island of Ireland
