Support Worker – Enfield
Pay: £14.00–£16.00 per hour
Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekends (flexibility required)
Hours: 8:00am–8:00pm | 8:00pm–8:00am
Location: Enfield

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and emotionally resilient Support Workers to join our growing care team in Enfield.
You will support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex support needs to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, wellbeing and meaningful daily engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- calm and patient,
- emotionally intelligent,
- proactive and engaging,
- and passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with daily routines and independent living skills
- Providing emotional support and reassurance
- Supporting community access and meaningful activities
- Promoting dignity, wellbeing and safety at all times
- Following individual support and behavioural support plans
- Supporting with medication administration where required
- Maintaining accurate daily records and communication notes
- Working collaboratively with families and professionals
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within supported living, care or complex support settings
- Understanding of autism, ADHD and behaviour support approaches
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm and emotionally regulated approach to support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence essential
