Responsibilities
- Monitor service-quality indicators.
- Review operational processes.
- Coordinate improvement initiatives.
- Prepare quality reports.
- Support audits and compliance activities.
- Liaise with service teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in healthcare operations, quality or service improvement.
- Strong reporting and organisational skills.
- Understanding of quality and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication.
Pay: £38,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
