To build different types of coil windings. Work as part of a team and closely to deliver quality transformer products on time and to manufacturing & design standards. Read engineering drawings, to build transformers, and to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner as per the process requirements.
- Understanding and working to engineering drawings and specifications, in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carrying out inspections using calibration equipment as required.
- Assembling and preparing units for testing.
- Operating and controlling a coil winding machine.
- Maintaining 5S standards and other housekeeping activities of winding shop area.
- Ensuring process and quality control plans are filled in regularly and kept up to date.
- Movement of materials & parts between areas.
