The Role
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and genuinely enjoys busy service.
This role is heavily focused around breakfast and brunch service, so we’re after someone who can stay organised, work at pace and keep standards high — even when the pressure is on.
You’ll be a key part of the kitchen team, helping deliver consistently great food while bringing positive energy to the environment around you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and confidently
- Running and supporting busy breakfast and brunch services
- Preparing and cooking dishes to BOUNC | CUBE standards
- Managing prep and section setup ahead of service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready
- Working calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting the wider kitchen and front-of-house team
- Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
- Jumping into different areas of the kitchen when needed
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have at least 3 years’ professional kitchen experience
- Have experience working in busy hospitality environments
- Stay calm, organised and focused under pressure
- Take real pride in quality, consistency and presentation
- Enjoy early mornings and fast-paced service
- Bring positive energy and work well as part of a team
- Are flexible with shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
Even better if you have:
- Food Safety or Hygiene qualifications
- Experience in brunch or café-style kitchens
- Experience working independently during service
- An interest in food, movement, wellness or community-led spaces
