Junior Sous Chef – High-End Restaurant
Location: Just outside Chipping Norton
Salary: £33,000 per annum + £10,000–£12,000 tronc
Working Week: 4 days
We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join an exciting new opening just outside Chipping Norton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef currently working within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel who is looking for a better work/life balance while continuing to work with outstanding local and seasonal produce.

The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards across the restaurant and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining excellent standards of food quality and presentation
- Assisting with menu development and new dish creation
- Working across formal dinner service and high-profile events
- Managing portion control and helping to maintain food costs
- Supporting and motivating the wider kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
