Join a growing business where great customer service really matters.
At Grove, we've been helping people sleep better since 1964. Alongside our retail business, we manufacture our own luxury mattresses under the Loren Williams brand, supplying retailers across the UK and internationally.
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining customer service, sales order administration and office support, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers, retail partners and internal teams receive an outstanding experience.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, retail partners and suppliers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally from start to finish.
We're not looking for someone who simply answers phones and processes paperwork. We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and naturally warm - someone who enjoys taking ownership, seeing tasks through to completion and getting the details right.
