We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Perform multiple trade tasks including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work as required on different projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks with precision.
- Fabricate and modify materials or components to meet project specifications.
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to various trades promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or construction painting.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics related to different trades.
- Skilled in fabrication techniques for custom modifications or repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors.

Pay: £26,797.40-£45,205.15 per year
