Kit Care is a family run supported living facility with 3 homes in the Chaddesden and Alvaston area.
We are looking for a part time Support Worker to join our team where we support people within the age ranges of 18 to 80 with learning difficulties, mental health and autism in all areas of personal and social life.
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable and happy life.
At this service we support with:
Personal care - helping people to get ready for the day.
Supporting people to live happy and fulfilling lives- budget management, paying bills, house work, organising appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.
Community & Social Inclusion- Supporting people with learning disabilities to access and participate in their local community and Social events to promote life skills and independence.
Activities such as holidays, day trips, cinema and many more fun activities
