We are seeking a dedicated and person on a employed comission basis to join our team as a barber. Certi Fades is a luxury appointment service industrial barbershop upholding high standards. The ideal candidate requires - strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hair styling. This role involves providing professional grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Engage with clients professionally, offering advice on styles and aftercare to enhance their experience
- Manage appointments schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery (Important)
- Uphold hygiene standards by sanitising tools and equipment after each use
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and build a loyal customer base
Experience
- Prior experience in barbering or hair styling is compulsory ; extra training opportunities are available for the right candidate
- Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
