Robb Residential is a middle-to-prime market sales and letting estate agency business seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing professional to join our growing team.
Are you ready to lead and drive the social media and marketing strategies for our sales and lettings teams, all while being based in a stylish and dynamic city-centre Glasgow office?
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for both sales and lettings divisions.
- Manage all digital outputs, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and brand presence.
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Liaise with external contacts and media outlets such as The Scottish Field.
- Design and produce advertising materials for both print and digital use, leveraging tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.
- Drive growth and engagement across social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, by bringing fresh ideas and implementing creative strategies.
- Create engaging and exciting newsletters/mailers using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, ensuring all content aligns with the brand and resonates with the audience.
- Oversee our brand identity, ensuring all communications reflect the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and DNA.
- Collaborate with colleagues to encourage and guide them to appear in social media content, making the brand more engaging and relatable.
What We’re Looking For
- A lively, enthusiastic, and energetic marketing professional with a passion for creativity and strategy.
- Proven experience in designing high-quality graphics and visuals using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Strong skills in video editing and creating engaging TikTok/Reels content.
- Confidence in trying new ideas and exceptional knowledge of current social media trends.
- Comfortable and proactive in encouraging colleagues to participate in on-camera content creation.
- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, with the ability to craft engaging and creative newsletters/mailer content.
- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A background in marketing is preferable, with the ability to showcase examples of past work and successful campaigns.
