We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, as well as welcoming applications for other early years roles, to join our small, friendly and passionate team.

The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll help create a happy, purposeful environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive.
You will:
- Provide high-quality care, learning and development experiences inspired by Montessori principles
- Support children to become confident, independent and curious learners
- Follow children’s interests and encourage child-led learning and exploration
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Help create a calm, positive environment where every child can flourish
- Observe, support and celebrate each child’s individual development
- Bring your own ideas, creativity and enthusiasm to our setting
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about giving young children the very best start in life.
You’ll ideally be:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years – essential for the Level 3 Practitioner role
- Experienced or enthusiastic about working with young children
- Warm, patient, nurturing and genuinely caring
- Calm and confident in your approach
- A strong communicator and positive team player
- Passionate about supporting children’s independence and development
- Interested in Montessori and child-led learning
Montessori experience or training is a bonus, but not essential. We can support the right person with Montessori training and professional development.
