About Us
We are an independent specialist with extensive main dealer experience, providing dealer-level servicing, diagnostics and repairs without the dealership environment.
As a 1Tec Auto Hub garage, we have access to manufacturer-level technical information, coding, programming and technical support, enabling us to carry out complex repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
We specialise in Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, MINI and VWG vehicles, while also maintaining and repairing most makes and models.
Our workshop is fully digital, paperless and equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, allowing our technicians to work efficiently with the right tools for the job.
The Role
We're looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician or MOT Tester to join our growing team.
Whether your strengths lie in servicing, diagnostics or electrical fault finding, you'll be supported with modern equipment, manufacturer-level diagnostics and continuous training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Timing belts, clutches, suspension and engine repairs
- Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC)
- Using our cloud-based workshop management system
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
- MOT testing (if qualified)
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification workshop experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable but not essential:
- Main dealer experience
- MOT Tester licence
- Experience with BMW, MINI, Jaguar Land Rover or VWG vehicles
- Hybrid and EV qualifications
