Core Requirements
- Strong Numerical Skills: Excellent maths skills and high attention to detail.
- MS Office Proficiency: Competent in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills for client/supplier liaison.
- Organisation: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote Generation: Extract survey data to build quotes (labour, materials, access) using Job Tracker Pro.
- Cost Management: Track and monitor job costs on live quotes through to completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise daily with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Query Handling: Professionally manage incoming calls and emails.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
