Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and bakery areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a hygienic environment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
