At Teconnex, part of the Hexadex Group, we're looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Logistics team.

What you'll be doing
As the link between our customers and internal departments, you'll play a vital role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers are kept informed every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with customers through clear, professional communication.
- Keeping customers updated on order progress, delays and delivery schedules.
- Working closely with Production Planning to manage order amendments and changing customer requirements.
- Supporting customer schedules and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
- Updating both internal ERP systems and customer portals with accurate information.
- Raising supply issues internally with Sales, Logistics and Operations to ensure prompt resolution.
- Providing support across the Customer Service team when required.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Account, Sales Support or Logistics Administration role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence learning new customer systems and software.
Desirable experience
- Manufacturing or engineering environment.
- ERP systems (Epicor experience would be advantageous).
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Production planning or supply chain coordination.
