Motorology is looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Detailer to join our team at our busy car dealership in Prescot.
The role will involve preparing vehicles to a high standard for sale, display, photography, handover, and customer collection.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
- Washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles inside and out
- Vacuuming interiors and cleaning carpets, seats, dashboards, door shuts, and trims
- Polishing and buffing vehicles where required
- Cleaning wheels, tyres, windows, and engine bays
- Preparing vehicles for photographs, viewings, and customer handovers
- Ensuring all cars on display are clean and presentable
- Keeping the valeting/detailing area clean, organised, and safe
- Reporting any vehicle damage or issues to management
- Working as part of the wider dealership team when needed
- Assisting the team with other tasks
Requirements:
- Previous car detailing experience required
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
- Pride in delivering a high standard of work
