- Wednesday & Friday: 09:00/09:30 – 14:30
- or

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join our Worcester office.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support our team of Driving Consultants by sourcing and engaging suitable driver candidates for a variety of full-time and part-time driving opportunities across the West Midlands.
Working alongside our Resourcing Manager and recruitment team, you will be responsible for building relationships with drivers, understanding their requirements, and promoting opportunities that match their skills and career goals.
This role involves a high volume of outbound calls and requires someone who is resilient, proactive, and enjoys speaking with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage professional drivers regarding available vacancies.
- Source new candidates through outbound calling and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective drivers.
- Promote driving opportunities and explain role requirements.
- Understand driver preferences and match them to suitable vacancies.
- Support consultants in filling temporary and permanent positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our active driver workforce.

Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or telesales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
