The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work on a wide range of makes and models, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Whether you’re an experienced technician or looking to further develop your skills, we’ll support your progression with manufacturer and industry-recognised training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Perform MOT preparation and repairs (MOT Tester qualification is an advantage but not essential).
- Complete vehicle inspections and health checks.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate findings clearly.
- Follow health and safety procedures and keep the workshop clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
About You
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent preferred).
- Previous experience in a workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
