We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the process of uploading new courses and ensuring all course information is accurate, engaging, and up to date on our website. This role involves working closely with academic departments to gather content and imagery, updating courses via the Umbraco CMS in line with templates and SEO best practices, and collaborating with our Copywriter to produce clear, consistent, and on-brand content. You will conduct regular audits to maintain quality, fix issues such as broken links or outdated information, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards, GDPR, and CMA regulations. The role also includes maintaining a central repository of course assets, training academic staff on basic CMS usage, and monitoring page performance to inform future improvements. Additionally, you’ll work with the Recruitment team to align web content with prospectus materials and open day promotions, as well as support other digital updates and projects as required by the Web Editor or Head of Web and Digital Marketing.
