Junior Campaign Manager

We run face-to-face campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands. We’re growing and now looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join us as Junior Campaign Managers.
This role is designed for those who want to step into campaign management — developing leadership, strategic, and decision-making skills while gaining hands-on experience. You’ll learn directly from senior managers, contribute to planning and delivery, and take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and delivering face-to-face campaigns for national clients
- Monitoring performance, KPIs, and team targets
- Supporting senior managers in planning and executing campaign strategies
- Leading by example, motivating team members, and driving results
- Bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving skills to day-to-day challenges
