We are looking for a Night Security Concierge to join our WOMENS ONLY team at our homeless hostels in Southend on Sea. This role is Gender Specific because the role involves supporting Female residents who have been deemed to be Vulnerable Adults. To apply for this Night Security role for our Womens Only Team, you must be able to commit to working 3 nights on and 3 nights off. The role will involve being a part of our WOMENS ONLY team providing night security and customer service to our female residents as well as both male and female residents in our mixed gender hostels. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming residents
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Monitoring the night security of the premises
- Managing Anti Social Behaviour
- Ensuring that all fire and safety procedures are followed
- Assisting with the maintenance of the premises
- Building Welfare Checks
- Light Cleaning Duties
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a security or customer service role is desirable
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to be Enhanced DBS checked.
- Experience as a night security concierge is ideal but not required
