Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Support the measurement and valuation of work completed on site
- Monitor project costs and identify potential overspends or savings opportunities
- Assist in procurement processes, including tendering and supplier negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and variations
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure financial targets are met
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and financial documentation
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and health & safety standards
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of cost control principles within construction projects
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite; experience with industry-specific programmes is advantageous
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professional skills

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
