In this role, you’ll manage your own Private Client caseload, advising the firm’s clients across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts while having an experienced team around you for support.

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Herne Bay that is looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to strengthen its team.
You’ll take responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, building trusted relationships with clients and providing clear, practical advice.
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- General Private Client matters
Our client is open-minded on qualification and is primarily looking for somebody with good Private Client experience who can confidently manage their own files. Applications could therefore be considered from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners.
You’ll have the freedom to manage your workload while benefiting from a team-focused environment where knowledge is shared and support is available when needed.
