Demonik House is looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic Barista to join our team.
We’re not just looking for someone who can make great coffee—we’re looking for someone who brings passion, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a busy café or coffee shop.
- Confident in preparing a wide range of espresso-based coffees to a high standard.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Full of energy and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Excellent attention to detail with pride in maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
- A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café.
- Assisting with stock management and daily opening/closing duties.
- Working collaboratively with the team to create an exceptional customer experience.
