Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize stock to ensure a well-presented store.
- Communicate clearly with customers in English and Spanish to accommodate diverse needs.
- Support store operations by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Share your knowledge of gardening and horticulture to educate customers on plant care and best practices.
Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Passionate about gardening, plants, or horticulture with some knowledge of plant care techniques.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and store layout effectively.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in stocking and merchandising.
