Field Care Supervisor – Caremark Warrington
Job Summary
Caremark Warrington is looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support our clients and Care & Support Workers across the local community.
The role is responsible for ensuring high standards of person-centred care, supporting care staff and working closely with the management team to ensure clients receive safe, reliable and professional care in their own homes. A Company car will be provided at a certain point.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular client reviews, spot checks and care observations.
- Rostering
- Monitor the quality of care and ensure care plans are being followed.
- Support with updating care plans and risk assessments when clients' needs change.
- Provide supervision, guidance and support to Care & Support Workers.
- Support new staff with induction, training and ongoing development.
- Identify and report safeguarding, health & safety or care concerns.
- Work with the office team to manage changes to rotas and staffing requirements.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and care staff.
- Deal promptly and professionally with concerns, complaints and issues.
- Ensure Caremark policies, procedures and regulatory standards are followed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Requirements
- Experience in domiciliary care, social care or healthcare.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable.
- Good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Professional, reliable and compassionate approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable or willing to work towards
The Role
This is a hands-on community-based position and the Field Care Supervisor will be an important link between our clients, Care & Support Workers and management team, helping to ensure Caremark Warrington continues to provide safe, high-quality and compassionate care.
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22.0 – 37.5 per week
