Shipley Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and patient-focused Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly and professional team.
We are an independent community pharmacy committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care and are continually expanding the clinical services we offer.
Responsibilities
- Dispense NHS and private prescriptions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock management and ordering.
- Support the pharmacist with Pharmacy First and other NHS services where appropriate.
- Maintain excellent standards of organisation and governance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work efficiently within a busy team.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services (or equivalent recognised dispensing qualification).
- Previous community pharmacy experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional and patient-focused.
Desirable
- Experience using pharmacy PMR systems.
- Pharmacy First experience.
- Strong OTC knowledge.
- Medicines Counter Assistant qualification.
