We are hiring a part-time Front of House & Client Support Executive to work in our boutique personal training studio in London Bridge/Monument.

The Role
You will support our Front of House Manager and wider team in delivering an exceptional client experience across both studios. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as front of house, managing client and prospect enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Managing diaries and accurately updating our in-house booking systems.
- Ensuring client accounts, memberships and payments are up to date, including supporting renewals.
- Processing new clients efficiently and accurately across various systems.
- Providing outstanding ongoing customer service and support throughout the client journey.
- Completing opening or closing procedures depending on shift.
- Ensuring studio spaces remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked, including retail areas.
- Assisting with maintenance and operational tasks when required.
You will work a minimum of 24 hours per week, typically 2 full days and 2 half days, with the option to pick up additional hours for holiday or sickness cover across both sites.

- Passionate about health and fitness, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Confident, well-presented, and professional with exceptional customer service ability.
- Highly organised and able to multitask while staying flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Gmail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with clients and team members at all levels.
- Reliable, punctual, enjoys being busy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
