Sustainable FM are seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out joinery and maintenance work across various locations and various clients. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of joinery tasks, including but not limited to kitchen & bathroom upgrades, replacement doors and architraves, to general maintenance and repair works.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various properties and facilities.
Assess and troubleshoot joinery-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Travel to different sites as required, holding a valid UK driving license.
Qualifications:
- Hold a recognised joinery qualification.
- Holds a full and valid UK driving license, for a minimum of 2 years
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
