Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team from April and covering the Summer period.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
- Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring all linens are clean and presentable
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
