Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated CQC Registered Manager to oversee our growing domiciliary care and supported living services.
We provide high-quality support to both adults and children within their own homes and supported living environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining excellent standards of care, developing staff, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong background in domiciliary care, supported living, and CQC-regulated services.
Duties
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of domiciliary care and supported living services.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.
- Recruit, supervise, train, and support care staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management.
- Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, observations, and service user feedback.
- Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure robust reporting procedures are followed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Support business development, service growth, and mobilisation of new care packages.
- Promote person-centred care that maximises independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager within domiciliary care or supported living.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting adults and children with varying levels of need.
- Proven experience managing and developing care teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
