Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive legal advice to clients on diverse matters, including contractual negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies with clarity and precision
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of case progress and documentation
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners through effective communication and professional integrity

Experience
- Proven experience as a Solicitor or Legal Consultant with a strong background in negotiation within a corporate or legal environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues independently while providing clear guidance to clients or internal teams
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements
- Strong analytical skills combined with exceptional attention to detail
