Axholme House is a Salvation Army Lifehouse is located in the North East of Coventry. The centre provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 32 homeless adults aged 25 and above.
As a Concierge, you will provide a professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This is a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support services, with a focus on empowering individuals to live independently.
You will work closely with support and administrative teams, contributing to a service that promotes dignity, respect, and positive outcomes for all service users.
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in a busy front-facing or customer service environment

Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people

Is organised, detail-focused, and able to follow processes accurately

Works well as part of a team and takes a proactive approach

Has a basic understanding of health and safety practices

Is comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and databases

Is committed to continuous learning and development

Is able to work empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds and support environments
