Roehampton Hospital School has an opportunity for a Teacher to join our team.
Roehampton Hospital School provides education for inpatient adolescents (ages 11 to 18) recovering from mental health needs, including eating disorders. Conveniently located in Roehampton, The Roehampton Hospital School benefits from excellent public transport links, including rail and bus services and easy access to major roads/motorways.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at Roehampton Hospital School. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support young people in a specialist educational setting, delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that enables every student to achieve their full potential.
As a Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, act as a key teacher for a group of students, and work collaboratively with parents and carers, home schools and colleges, and our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to provide the best possible educational outcomes.

Essential for the role
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
- Strong classroom practice and excellent knowledge of the KS4 curriculum.
- The ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners with a range of needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of the impact of mental health on young people.
