Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and holiday packages based on their preferences and budgets
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local attractions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination information
- Process reservations accurately using specialised booking systems and ensure all documentation is complete
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face with professionalism and courtesy
- Organise customised travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of bookings and client interactions for future reference
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
