What You’ll Do:
· Support and deputise for the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in all aspects of store operations
· Motivate, coach, and lead a small team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
· Deliver high levels of customer service and build lasting customer relationships
· Help manage stock levels, pricing, and visual merchandising
· Contribute to buying, selling, and lending activities in line with company policy
· Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in a retail, financial services, or pawnbroking environment (assistant management experience desirable)
· Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to teamwork
· Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Results-driven with a passion for hitting targets
· Organised, dependable, and adaptable to change
