Kiyoto Sushi is looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team. Kiyoto Sushi is a very busy sushi bar & takeaway and the role is for someone with previous experinece in a Kitchen. Experience in Japanese/Pan Asian cuisine would be a bonus but not essential.
You will learn all aspects of working in our kitchen with duties to include:
- general preperation
- making sushi rice,
- tempura,
- cooking dishes like katsu, ramens, teriyaki chciken and more
- making sauces,
- general cleaning duties.
We are looking for a hard working individual that can work well in a team and follow instructions.
This is a full time position 45-50 hours a week. Hours are 10am-3pm and 5pm-10pm
