Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission (£40,000 – £80,000 OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Conducting screening calls and managing candidate processes
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends and opportunities
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one years experience in recruitment or outbound sales
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ambition to build a long-term career
Earnings Potential: (based on current averages but sky is the limit on earnings)
Year 1: £40k–£50k
Year 2: £50k–£60k
Year 3: £60k–£80k+
