At Cherry Blossom Education, we know that the little moments in a child’s day—like mealtimes—matter just as much as the big ones. We’re looking for a warm, reliable Lunchtime Cover Assistant to support our team during the busiest (and often messiest!) part of the day.
The Role
You’ll support our team over the lunchtime period, helping to create a calm, positive and nurturing mealtime experience for our children.
This includes:
- Supporting children during meals
- Encouraging independence and good table manners
- Helping to maintain a clean, organised environment
- Offering comfort, connection and reassurance where neededHours & Flexibility
- Part-time, typically midday hours (approx. 10–20 hours per week)
- Ideal for someone looking for a role that fits around family life or other commitments
Pay
- Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed)
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient and nurturing nature
- Someone who enjoys being around young children
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Experience in childcare is a bonus, but not essential
