We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a full-time office-based sales role focused on helping healthcare businesses find the right software solution for their needs.
You’ll be working with qualified enquiries and booked demonstrations from pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers who have already expressed an interest in our products. Your role is to understand their requirements, demonstrate the software, prepare quotations and guide customers through to becoming a NYMO customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage new sales enquiries
- Deliver online software demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solution
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Negotiate and close new business
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Confident demonstrating software online
- Motivated, organised and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
