We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our growing business. This is a flexible, hands-on role focused mainly on kitchen duties, including operating fryers and preparing smash burgers, while also supporting the front-of-house team during busy periods.
This is a part-time position, with shifts mainly scheduled during weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
Responsibilities
- Operating fryers safely and assisting with food preparation
- Preparing and cooking smash burgers to a consistent standard
- Serving customers and packing takeaway and delivery orders
- Taking customer orders and operating the till
- Cleaning workstations and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Supporting other team members during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or kitchen experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
Hours, Contract and Pay
- Part-time position
- Weekend and evening availability is required
- Shifts will mainly be scheduled during weekends, evenings and peak trading periods
- Additional hours may become available as the business grows
- Hourly pay will be based on age and will meet the applicable UK National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
