We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join Stena Line working with our team in Holyhead as an HGV Driver / Warehouse Operative on a temporary basis for six months.

This varied role combines professional HGV driving with warehouse operations, ensuring stock and supplies are delivered safely, efficiently and on time while supporting the smooth running of our retail and onboard operations.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Drive HGV vehicles to transport stock and goods as required, including long-distance journeys.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and our retail outlets on a daily basis to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to Company guidelines meticulously, including thorough inspection of delivery data and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper storage and distribution through both internal procedures and external networks as necessary.
- Skilfully pick and pack goods according to orders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness to meet operational demands.
- Assist the Site Supervisor in maintaining accurate stock levels through diligent monitoring and reporting.
- Assume responsibility as a keyholder in the absence of the Site Supervisor, ensuring security protocols are followed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:
- HGV Class 1 licence is essential
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive long distances as part of your role
- Previous experience working within a busy warehouse, logistics or retail environment
- Experience in a face-to-face customer service role
- Proven track record of upselling and working with KPIs
