Lyme Regis Care Home is currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly and professional care team. The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will work closely with a caring and professional team to ensure every resident receives compassionate and personalised care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality personal care in line with individual care plans
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, and emotional support
- Promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and wellbeing at all times
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
- Building positive and professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the home
- Working collaboratively with senior staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance

- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
