The Role
You'll be working alongside the Director on a wide variety of residential landscaping projects, with increasing responsibility as your experience within the business grows.
We're looking for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work, takes pride in the finished product and can be trusted to represent the company professionally on site.
As you become established within the business, you'll have the opportunity to supervise projects and help lead a small team.
Responsibilities
- Installation of porcelain and natural stone paving.
- Block paving and edging installation.
- Timber and composite decking.
- Fencing and gate installation.
- Sleeper retaining walls and raised beds.
- Groundworks and site preparation.
- Drainage installation.
- Turfing and artificial grass installation.
- Operating small plant and machinery safely.
- Reading drawings and setting out projects.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Communicating professionally with customers when required.
- Keeping company vehicles, tools and equipment clean and organised.
- Working safely and following company procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' landscaping experience.
- Strong all-round landscaping ability.
- Confident working with porcelain paving.
- Good understanding of levels, falls and drainage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Towing licence/experience or plant experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours
- Full-time permanent position
- Typically Monday to Thursday (4-day working week)
- Friday work available when required due to workload, weather, or project deadlines.
