SCH Services Ltd is a specialist provider of conformal coating and parylene coating services for the electronics industry. We work with customers across a wide range of industries where quality, reliability and attention to detail are essential.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and practical person to join our growing production team as a Production Operative.
No previous coating or electronics experience is required. Full training will be provided.
If you enjoy practical, hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality work and have a good eye for detail, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Following full training, you'll be involved in a variety of production activities including:
- Preparing electronic assemblies for processing
- Masking and demasking printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Applying specialist conformal coatings
- Carrying out visual inspections
- Following customer specifications and work instructions
- Completing production paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
- Working safely and as part of a close-knit production team
Every product we process is different, making this an interesting role where attention to detail is important.

Previous manufacturing, production or electronics experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
