Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday

At Broderick's, we're a family-run business with over 52 years' experience in vending and coffee. We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Vending Operator to join our growing Operations team and help us deliver the excellent service our customers know and trust.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining our vending machines to the highest standards, ensuring they're clean, fully stocked, well-presented and ready for every customer.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each vending machine type, ensuring hot drinks machines meet strict hygiene and cleaning standards, while snack and bottle machines are merchandised accurately with products correctly stocked, faced, and positioned to maximise presentation and sales.
- Managing your own route and stock levels.
- Using our company app to record visits, stock and machine data.
- Carrying out minor fixes and replacing simple parts when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving stock (training and equipment provided).
- Friendly, reliable and self-motivated.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
· Experience in vending, food service or hospitality is an advantage, along with an understanding of food hygiene and the importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards. However, full training is provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
