As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the next phase of the company's development.
Working closely alongside the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and commercial growth of the business. The Role
As Managing Director, you will:
-Provide strategic leadership and drive the continued growth of the business.
-Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
-Oversee the successful delivery of mechanical and public health projects from design through to installation and completion.
-Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients while securing new business opportunities.
-Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new markets and opportunities.
-Ensure operational excellence, financial performance and continued customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the company's long-term vision.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded leader who can combine technical expertise with strong business acumen. You will ideally have:
-Senior Management or Director-level experience within the MEP Building Services sector.
-Proven experience managing the design, installation and delivery of mechanical services projects.
-An established network of clients, consultants or contractors and the ability to introduce new business opportunities.
-A demonstrable track record of business development, sales and sustainable company growth.
-Strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
-The ambition to help shape and ultimately own part of a successful and growing business.
