Responsibilities
- Ensure all mis en place is clean and as the company guidelines suggest.
- To show capability in a fast paced restaurant
- To serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Follow the example of your senior colleagues in order to keep consistency within the business
- To supervise and encourage team members to grow and exceed expectations
- To endeavour to aid guests from check in to check out
