Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3)
We're looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at The Priory Nursery.
This is a part-time position, working 2–3 days a week, all year round, between 16 and 20 hours. Shifts are worked between 7.15am and 6.00pm, so we're looking for someone who can be flexible and is happy to cover both the beginning and end of the day when needed.
We're a small, friendly nursery where the children are at the heart of everything we do. Following the opening of our new Sunrise Room, we now care for children aged 12 months to 5 years. As we continue to grow, we'd love to welcome someone who wants to grow with us.
The role could be based in either our Sunrise Room (under 2s) or Sunshine Room (over 2s), depending on the needs of the nursery.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has experience working with young children (experience with under 2s would be an advantage but isn't essential).
- Is caring, reliable and enjoys building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Is happy to work as part of a small team where everyone supports each other.
- Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child development.
